Artnet.ch is making its server available to artists wishing to display their works on the Net.

Artnet.ch provides artists with an opportunity to make use of an existing specialized database.?This way, they need not go to the trouble and expense of developing their own server.

You will discover an appealing, simple and effective mode of display. Each piece of art can be viewed in small or large format, accompanied by a full description and the artist’s biography.

The service package includes the following:

• Creation and management of the artist’s individual file
• Formatting the 9 artwork pictures
• Artist’s personal page layout
• Inclusion of hyperlinks
• Description of the artist’s works
• Artist’s address, phone and e-mail information
• Personal address on the site, for ex.: www.artnet.ch/johndoe
• Image of a representative piece of art in the appropriate section (for ex, painting, sculpture) of the site and on the artist’s personal page
• Homepage to feature one work by the artist during one month
• Every name in artnet.ch’s client list is informed of a new artist’s presence
• Artist’s name referenced in the major search engines (Google, Yahoo, Bing, Teoma, etc.)

Artnet.ch will want to see the artist’s works before agreeing to display them. Artnet.ch’s aim is to maintain a varied catalogue of quality works.
