Biography
Jean-François Berger was born in Geneva in 1952. He started oil painting when he was eight years old (Cours Martenot).

After a long interruption, he took up painting again ten years ago and completed courses in expression and composition (Charles Vogt) and in figure drawing (Pascal Saini) at the School of Decorative Arts in Geneva. For over 20 years, Jean-François Berger has been working in various countries as a delegate of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).
